I now work at the University of Melbourne. Before joining Unimelb, I worked as a Lecturer at the University of St. Andrews, and I spent a year as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Stanford, hosted by Al Roth. I got my PhD in 2011 from the University of Maastricht, under the supervision of Bettina Klaus.
Current appointments:
Sep 2016 - : Senior Lecturer (tenure track) in Economics, University of Melbourne;
Jul 2017 - Jul 2020 : DECRA Fellow, Australian Research Council;
Aug 2018 - Jan 2020 : one of the Deputy Directors within the Centre for Market Design.

Research interests:
market design (generalized matchings markets with money),
simple market-clearing mechanisms and their normative properties (e.g., characterizations of auction-like or serial dictatorship mechanisms),
game theoretical aspects of social networks (including rankings),
transportation economics,
experimental economics.
